Investment
Dear Investor,
Thank you for taking the time to seriously consider investing in Teserati Limited.
Soventem is a niche automotive technology and integration manufacturer of zero emission vehicles that solve a number of fundamental problems with innovative solutions, by enhancing todays ICE supercars and turning them into electric Hyper cars.
Two problematic areas we are focusing on:
-
The enhancements and final car must look better than factory finished
-
The driver experience must exceed the original ICE model
Backstory:
The founders started with the development of an innovative zero emission intercity vehicle in 2015 and filed patents recently for 'eCryptoCar' which has a cryptocurrency mining rig hidden within the vehicle. This concept is a world's first and one could say, it would be a car that literally appreciates in value as soon as it leaves the showroom as it would produce £1000 to £1500 per month in crypto mining income for the owner!
Over the years the founders have reached out to academics around the world and built relationships with key suppliers of cutting edge battery technology to include NDA's in place with StoreDot in Israel, ProLogium in Taiwan and Amprius in the US.
We researched at depth, and simulated models, for a zero emission vehicle that produces its energy through the use of multiple in-board systems, use of nanocellulose materials from Hemp plant stems, use of high performance low voltage drive systems to harvesting hydrogen from moisture in the air and convert into electricity using a fuel cell and much more.
Today, March 28th 2022 the founders agreed, that the direction for Soventem has changed and will now focus its efforts and past achievements in the assembly and integration of state of the art technologies in transforming ICE supercars into zero emission 'Hyper Cars'.
The business model provides us with access to a wonderful selection of front engined supercars, such that, we will be focusing on the Ferrari brand with one or two exceptions, for example the Mercedes McLaren SLR.
